ABSTRACT
High tracheostomy is defined as through the cricothyroid membrane. membrane procedure of choice for short-term emergent situations. However, its long-term use associated with severe complications. For technical reasons, it contraindicated in obese individuals. Here, we demonstrate sequelae a high inadvertently placed laryngeal cartilage morbidly individual.
