ABSTRACT
Sublingual immunotherapy has a documented clinical efficacy, but only few long-term studies have been performed in people with perennial rhinitis.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy sublingual immunotherapy.One hundred thirty-seven patients allergies house dust mites were treated dust-mite-specific for 2 or 3 years and also observed after discontinuation treatment. The divided into groups: group A (67 patients) received active treatment then 1 year placebo, B (70 years. success evaluated symptom score, skin prick test results, nasal allergen challenge score.According our we found greater improvement compared when looked at comparative results total 6 years.We suggest allergic rhinitis who require do not accept subcutaneous route administration.
