ABSTRACT
Primary signet-ring cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder is a rare histologic variant adenocarcinoma. Generally, this neoplasm occurs in middle age and clinical presentation does not differ from most frequent transitional carcinomas. The prognosis frequently poor as at diagnosis it often an advanced phase. It essential to distinguish metastases, different therapeutic strategies are necessary. We present 5 cases primary we used panel histochemical immunohistochemical markers for differential secondary attempt elucidate histogenetic derivation neoplasia.
