ABSTRACT
Objective: To explore the quality of life (QOL) changes in methadone maintenance treatment (MMT) clinic outpatients first 3 months treatment. Methods: A cohort study was conducted 5 MMT clinics for more than months, and QOL measured by instrument drug addicts at days 1, 30, 90 to changes. Repeated measurement analysis method used data analysis. Results: One hundred seventy-two were recruited, 142 (82.65%) remained day 90. The Cronbach α coefficient our is 0.96, with a range 0.74-0.94 all subscales. scores improved from 1 30 (X̄beginning = 51.92, X̄first month 74.83, P < 0.01), subscale significantly (P 0.01). However, little 90, (X̄first X̄third 75.99, Physical health mental during second third month, whereas other did not > 0.05). Conclusions: helpful improving China.
