Erdheim-Chester Disease With Interatrial Septum Involvement

Erdheim-Chester disease is an uncommon non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis with systemic manifestations. Most cases discuss radiologic findings once a pathologic diagnosis has already been established. We describe patient symptoms and no previously known who was imaged computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, positron emission tomography. This case unusual in that imaging demonstrated interatrial septum diffuse cardiac involvement, addition to the other characteristic lesions of disease. The importance this radiologist expansion differential processes involving retroperitoneum.
