ABSTRACT
Lymph transportation capacity is a critical function maintaining fluid circulation. After pelvic cancer treatments, lymph obstruction at the region leads to abnormal circulation, resulting in pump dysfunction. Besides important for lymphedema evaluation. We assessed and analyzed of secondary lower extremity patients using indocyanine green (ICG) lymphography according corresponding severity stage. Indocyanine velocity transit time could evaluate function; ICG decreases increases as stage progresses. Measurement required 5 minutes after dye injection, whereas that took more than 1 hour severe cases. can be easily obtained recommended evaluation compared with time. Dynamic lymphography, which evaluates both plays an role comprehensive assessment pathophysiology.
