ABSTRACT
Fibrolipoma is a rare benign tumor that usually presents as an asymptomatic, slowly growing mass with firm or soft consistency clinically. Histopathologic findings show the proliferation of normal mature fat and fibrous tissue. We report first case fibrolipoma nasal tip in 24-year-old man. The lesion was totally excised showed no evidence recurrence after 6 months follow-up.
