ABSTRACT
Synovial chondromatosis is a formation of multiple intrasynovial nodules resembling osteochondromas, resulting from proliferative changes in the synovial linings joints; as disorder progresses, increasingly withdraw areas for joint cavities. This relatively unusual case that can arise at unilateral large joints, such knee, hip, and elbow, with temporomandibular being rarest one them. Early recognition signs symptoms resultant accurate diagnosis, well proper surgical treatment, offers patients best hope recovery improved quality life. We report conventional radiologic film, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, histopathologic findings presenting right preauricular mass arising without bone destruction.
