ABSTRACT
Chylous fistula is a kind of complication during neck dissection that rarely happens, but might lead to some serious clinical outcome. The standard treatments include local compressive bandaging, negative pressure drainage, ligation the orifice, alimentary control, and, occasionally, use somatostatin. Among them, simplest bandage can easily become loosened and cannot achieve necessary effect. In this paper, novel application an impression paste, which normally used in prosthodontic treatments, will be introduced. It very practical method for treatment these surgical complications hospitals where advanced modalities are not available.
