ABSTRACT
Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer has been used with success since 1991. During the last decade, many studies have compared laparoscopic open colectomy. The aim of this retrospective study was to present advantages and disadvantages colectomy cancer, focusing on postoperative care patients. Eighty-eight consecutive patients suffering from colon rectum, surgically treated, were studied. They divided into 2 groups: Group A (n = 48) underwent colectomy, B 40) treated an procedure.
