ABSTRACT
A partial splenectomy is a good way to prevent postsplenectomy infections by preservation of the immune role spleen for select patients. Although laparoscopic total safe and feasible treatment modality, approach has not been generally adopted because technical difficulties. The hand-assisted technique provides an excellent means explore, retract safely, apply immediate hemostasis in solid organ resection. using endopath monopolar sealer (Salient EndoSH2.0 Monopolar Sealer) was performed successfully. segmental arteries veins were isolated divided tactile feedback. Splenic parenchyma dissected sealed sealer. surgical field almost bloodless during parenchymal transection time around 15 minutes. allows as surgery
