Bilateral Dacryoadenitis Complicated by Lymphocytic Hypophysitis

Three patients developed dacryoadenitis (DA) or lymphocytic pneumonitis before the diagnosis of hypophysitis (LyH). There were two previous reports concurrence DA and LyH. Our add support to idea that LyH are manifestations a systemic autoimmune disease. We suggest discovery should prompt imaging endocrine investigation
