ABSTRACT
Abstract This paper focuses on the design, fabrication, and characterization of a platform aiming to dynamically culture cells under mechanical stimulation. The platform, made polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), allows real-time stimuli, providing valuable insights for living tissue models. Through testing dynamic microfluidic tests, chip functionality was assessed. experimental results validation showcases potential device in mimicking physiological conditions, offering promising avenue pharmaceutical advancement.
