ABSTRACT
Sleep is a complex behavior regulated by genetic and environmental factors, known to influence health outcomes. However, the effect of multidimensional sleep encompassing several dimensions on diseases has yet be fully elucidated. Using Mass General Brigham Biobank, we aimed examine association with outcomes investigate whether behaviors modulate predisposition unfavorable mental First, generated Polygenic Health Score using previously identified single nucleotide polymorphisms for constructed Lifestyle Index data from self-reported questions electronic records; second, performed phenome-wide analyses between these indexes clinical phenotypes; third, analyzed interaction prevalent Fifteen thousand eight hundred eighty-four participants were included in analysis (mean age 54.4; 58.6% female). The was associated (β=0.050, 95%CI=0.032, 0.068) 114 disease spanning 12 groups, including obesity, sleep, substance use (p<3.3×10
