ABSTRACT
Heusler alloys are attractive for spintronic applications, but them it is challenging to realize enhanced spin polarization with very low magnetic damping, independent of other parameters such as thickness and spin-wave frequency. By choosing a suitable underlayer chromium the deposition alloy on MgO substrate, authors obtain well-ordered thickness- frequency-independent without spoiling its intrinsic properties. This an important advance device fabrication.
