ABSTRACT
It is shown that a single, strongly scattering impurity produces bound or virtual quasiparticle state inside the gap in $d$-wave superconductor. The explicit form of wave function found to decay exponentially with angle-dependent range. These states provide natural explanation second Cu NMR rate arising from sites close Zn impurities cuprates. Finally, for finite concentration superconductor, we reexamine growth these into an band, and discuss Mott criterion this band.
