ABSTRACT
The excitation function for the $\mathit{pp}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\mathit{pp}{K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ reaction revealed a significant enhancement close to threshold that may plausibly be assigned influence of ${\mathit{pK}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ and ${K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ final-state interactions. In an improved reanalysis COSY-$11$ data at excess energies $Q=10$ 28 MeV, including proton-${K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ interaction, is confirmed. Invariant mass distributions two- three-particle subsystems allow us test low ansatz parameters description interaction in $\mathit{pp}{K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ system as derived from COSY-ANKE data. Finally, based first time on low-energy invariant generalized Dalitz plot analysis, we estimate scattering length $|\mathrm{Re}({a}_{{K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}})|={0.5}_{\ensuremath{-}0.5}^{+4.0}$ fm $\mathrm{Im}({a}_{{K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}})=3.0\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}3.0$ fm.
