ABSTRACT
We report the results of a five-year survey northern sky to search for point sources high energy neutrinos. The was performed on data collected with AMANDA-II neutrino telescope in years 2000 2004, live time 1001 days. sample selected events consists 4282 upward going muon tracks reconstruction quality and an larger than about 100 GeV. found no indication neutrinos set 90% confidence level flux upper limits all-sky also catalog 32 sources. For search, our average (over declination right ascension) experimentally observed limit ${\ensuremath{\Phi}}^{0}=(\frac{E}{1\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{TeV}}{)}^{\ensuremath{\gamma}}\ifmmode\cdot\else\textperiodcentered\fi{}\frac{d\ensuremath{\Phi}}{dE}$ source tau (detected as muons arising from taus) is ${\ensuremath{\Phi}}_{{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}+{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}}^{0}+{\ensuremath{\Phi}}_{{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\tau}}+{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\tau}}}^{0}=11.1\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}11}\text{ }{\mathrm{TeV}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}\text{ }{\mathrm{cm}}^{\ensuremath{-}2}\text{ }{\mathrm{s}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$, range between 1.6 TeV 2.5 PeV flavor ratio ${\ensuremath{\Phi}}_{{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}+{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}}^{0}/{\ensuremath{\Phi}}_{{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\tau}}+{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\tau}}}^{0}=1$ assuming spectral index $\ensuremath{\gamma}=2$.
