ABSTRACT
Purpose The current review sought to bring light the issue of an underexplored career phenomenon – indecision. Career indecision is a significant developmental stage in one’s life and has been prominent topic vocational psychology research past decades. However, it received scant scholarly attention human resource development (HRD) field. Besides, literature, general, lacking theoretical refinement analytical review. present study aims stimulate HRD scholars’ interests by providing introductory context for understanding richness potentialities researching area. Design/methodology/approach To address gap, author conducted integrative (Torraco, 2005, 2016) 60 peer-reviewed articles synthesized existing knowledge More importantly, antecedent outcome factors associated with were identified analyzed. Findings A nomological network about was provided. results revealed several omissions literature. Building upon that, implications practice are presented discussed. Originality/value As initial attempt synthesize this professionals’ interest examining phenomenon.
