ABSTRACT
Serious games are considered a useful tool for educational purposes. In order to improve the teaching effect of serious games, enrich process, and stimulate students' curiosity interest, Survival Island is used as carrier games. context application improvement Kolb's theory experiential learning circles, this paper provides systematic study technology transfer outcome evaluation The main method use game through operation "experience-publish-summary-application-improvement" Procedure, introduction first focus: team concept problem-solving background, conflicts members then introduced second communication concepts skills, etc. Specifically, 68 students 18 levels administrative management in college divided into large experimental group, small observation group course teaching. After class practice tests, after-class surveys, group's knowledge acquisition satisfaction respectively reached 95.56% 97.78%, degree 93.33% 95.56%, respectively, 92.8% 91.2%, respectively. results show that mainly conducted by participatory simulation exploration, has achieved good results, which proves design effective.
