ABSTRACT
With the large-scale development of wind power resources, installed capacity offshore increases rapidly. Due to climate and other factors, typhoon disasters occur frequently. Considering that speed is influenced by typhoon, output highly uncertain. Besides, may lead physical failure transmission equipment endanger reliable operation system. Therefore, it necessary assess reliability system connected farms affected typhoon. The model proposed in this paper adopts hierarchical structure turbine, farm, direct current(DC) DC effect on speed, rate overhead lines, multi-state each module established based Markov process. states are combined available farm In order effectively quantify impact system, a index established.
