ABSTRACT
With the advancement of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals", proportion clean energy such as hydropower has gradually increased. Under background accelerating construction China's power spot market, consumption through market mechanism is an important direction for development current market. There are many challenges in design operation participating electricity with strong seasonality. In this paper, key problem clearing modeling considering constraints vibration area analyzed, view situation that original optimization will become non-convex after introduction constraints, a twice method constructed, which suitable intra-day real-time rapid rolling computation. The output second round constructed initial allocation obtained from first clearing, simplifies model solves difficulty solving increases area. Finally, IEEE 14-bus system simulated to verify effectiveness proposed method.
