ABSTRACT
The widening of distribution the laser radiation transmitted through polycrystalline KRS-5 fiber which leads to domination surface scattering and absorption in total optical losses has been measured. It found from obtained data that value loss increases with number reflections at side per unit length fiber. Scanning electron microscopy shown presence hollows along grain boundaries other imperfections.
