ABSTRACT
A secure orthogonal chirp division multiplexing (OCDM) mode multiplexed (MDM) short-reach optical communication based on time-frequency joint perturbation is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the discrete Fresnel transform (DFnT) was used to realize digital realization of OCDM, and then Lorenz chaos model Logistic were combined chirped subcarriers symbols. The up-conversion (DUC) OCDM signal transmit it MDM system. has good pulse compression spread spectrum capability, maximum can be achieved by using DFnT. double achieve a large keyspace <inline-formula xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"><tex-math notation="LaTeX">$1{\bf } \times {\bf }{10^{144}}$</tex-math></inline-formula> improve security information transmission. DUC technology from complex real number, which meet transmission requirements IM/DD system increase efficiency. Through experiments, 32Gb /s encrypted realized across 5km few-mode fiber, receiver sensitivity gain 1.48 dB compared with OFDM at }{10^{ - 2}}$</tex-math></inline-formula> bit error rate. results show that OCDM-MDM scheme anti-interference performance, as well wide range applications future communication.
