ABSTRACT
In this letter, a multioctave voltage doubler rectifier using T-type matching network is demonstrated. The topology used to flatten the load impedance, which makes it easier achieve broadband impedance matching. for input design procedure of proposed provided and discussed. For validation, prototype fabricated, performance evaluated. measured results exhibit power conversion efficiency (PCE) more than 50% over frequency band 0.2–3.2 GHz at 15 dBm 70% from 1 2.7 GHz. Moreover, peak PCE 78.2% 1.9 when 18 dBm.
