ABSTRACT
This work demonstrates a soft airflow sensor that is able to detect the direction and magnitude of airflow, taking advantage additive manufacturing for fast prototyping. The comprised printed conductive ionogel array with four channels embedded in elastomeric film: three individual signals other common ground. film consists two different types highly compliant elastomers maximize deflection artificial hair. design hair was proposed moments at lower end resulting from airflow. A compact readout circuit simultaneously acquire data impedances designed its functionality experimentally verified. experimental results unidirectional static cyclic loads show linear repeatable response sensors clear relationship between applied
