ABSTRACT
Visualizing invisible gas molecules can be a great help to our lives. At present, sensors already visualize the spatial distribution of mixture, however, visualization specific requires further analysis measurement data. In this study, matrix decomposition is used analyze data localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) sensor. To satisfy linear relationship between concentration and output device required for applying decomposition, we formulated procedure processing instead using them directly. obtain diffusion trace gas, designed method characteristic then by as known information, corresponding estimated better through algorithm. We data, results show that some gas.
