ABSTRACT
Covert communication aims to enhance the security of wireless by hiding transmission behavior from eavesdropper. In this paper, a spectrum mask-based multi-antenna covert strategy is proposed in Internet Things (IoT) networks. Specifically, transmitter superimposes its messages on existing overt channel prevent being detected adversary eavesdropper, which can significantly covertness without need for additional resources. To eliminate interference cause channel, technology and improper Gaussian signaling (IGS) are leveraged at transmitter. Moreover, maximum ratio (MRT) adopted fully exploit degrees freedom (DoF) that provides achieve reliable transmission. Firstly, optimal detection threshold eavesdropper analyzed, minimum error probability then calculated, indicates worst-case transmitter's perspective. scenario, joint transmit power IGS factor optimization problem maximize throughput under constraints. Secondly, divided into three subproblems based relationship, solved, respectively. Finally, extensive simulation executed demonstrate given constraints, effectively improve performance system IoT
