ABSTRACT
To identify and explore physiotherapists' perceived barriers facilitators to the provision of physiotherapy in Australian residential aged care facilities (RACFs).A national cross-sectional survey was conducted with physiotherapists who worked RACFs for at least 50% their working week. A variety methods, such as social media, direct contact providers, Physiotherapy Association, were used advertise survey. rigorous design develop online collect views on RACFs. Descriptive analysis using SPSS analyse participant characteristics. Inductive framework NVivo 12 key themes.One hundred sixty-five qualified registered (mean age 39.5 years, 74% female) predominantly participated this study. Five themes identified: individual physiotherapist, collaborations, organisational, RACF community, public policy. Each had associated by physiotherapists.
