ABSTRACT
Cypermethrin, a type II synthetic pyrethroid pesticide, is widely used in pest control programmes agriculture and public health. This study aimed to assess the potential effect of cypermethrin on human spermatozoa possible ameliorative effects vitamins C E. Semen samples 20 healthy normozoospermic men were divided into six aliquots at room temperature. The first aliquot served as not exposed treatments, second was incubated with mm vit. 2 E where third one 10 μm for 6 h. other three C, both 30 min before exposure. analysed sperm motility, viability, hypo-osmotic swelling test modified alkaline comet assay. results demonstrated significant decrease motion, function increased DNA damage group. Addition alone/combined led improvement damage, being maximal together. It concluded that vitro can alter induce spermatozoa, which improved after using
