ABSTRACT
Abstract Myocardial infarction is one of the leading causes death all over world. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation has shown a promising potential to recovery ischemic heart disease due their capability in differentiating into cardiac cells. However, various investigations have been performed optimize efficacy cell therapy recent years. Here, we sought interrogate effect autologous undifferentiated and predifferentiated adipose bone marrow‐derived MSCs rabbit model myocardial also investigate whether function could be improved by mechanically induced via equiaxial cyclic strain. The two sources were toward cardiomyocyte phenotype using mechanical loading chemical factors thereafter injected infarcted myocardium 35 rabbits. Echocardiography histopathology studies used evaluate after 2 months. results demonstrated significant scar size reduction greater left ventricle ejection fraction cells, though differences not when comparing with chemically MSCs. Thus, although there was no improvement between MSCs, are more preferred lack any intervention cost reasonableness preparation method. Outcomes this study may useful for developing future therapeutic strategies, however long‐term assessments still required further examine effectiveness.
