ABSTRACT
Ubiquitin-like, containing PHD and RING finger domains 1 (UHRF1) has been reported to play an important role in breast carcinogenesis. This work investigated the correlation of UHRF1 DNA level plasma with clinical characteristics cancer its significance diagnosis. The expression primary tissue was examined by Western blot. levels mRNA tissues were determined accurate real-time quantitative PCR. associations variables evaluated using standard statistical methods. 229 patients showed higher than healthy controls, which high specificity up 76.2% at a sensitivity 79.2%, significantly associated c-erbB2 positive status, stage lymph node metastasis. High short progression-free survival. is highly correlative status stage, may be potential independent diagnostic prognostic factor for both survival patients.
