ABSTRACT
Abstract Novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers of cancers are needed to improve precision medicine. Circular RNA s act as important regulators in at the transcriptional posttranscriptional levels. The circular circ MAN 1A2 is highly expressed nasopharyngeal carcinoma according our previous sequencing data; however, expression functions still obscure. Therefore, this study, we evaluated sera patients with other malignant tumors analyzed its correlations clinical features values. levels were detected by quantitative real‐time PCR, χ 2 tests. Receiver operating characteristic curves used evaluate applications . results showed that was upregulated carcinoma, oral cancer, thyroid ovarian lung areas under 0.911, 0.779, 0.734, 0.694, 0.645, respectively, indicating good value Overall, findings suggested could be a serum biomarker for tumors, providing insights into approaches tumors. Further studies elucidate mechanisms pathogenesis cancer.
