ABSTRACT
Interleukin (IL)-17-mediated immune response has been shown to play a critical role in inflammation-associated disease. However, its the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) paediatric patients remains unknown. We investigated frequency T helper type 17 (Th17) cells and evaluated association between Th17 clinical characters with (CHB). The was detected by flow cytometry analyses from 65 CHB nine healthy controls. degree hepatic inflammation graded using histological activity index (HAI).
