It was identified as possible cause vasculitis large vessels. Studies have been published on association between inflammatory cardiovascular IgG4-RD. We examined 114 AAA requiring surgery order identify findings which are characteristic Aneurysm samples from seven showed features consistent IgG4+ cells. Only two these elevated serum levels higher 1·35 g/l. In five patients, concentration lower than 1·20 g/l, number being 50/high-power field. These heterogeneous group diseases different pathogenesis.
