ABSTRACT
Background and Aim Anticoagulants are used to prevent thromboembolic events. Direct oral anticoagulants ( DOAC ) our new choice; however, their effect on bleeding risk for endoscopic treatment has not been reported. We aimed assess the clinical of compared warfarin gastric submucosal dissection ESD ). Methods retrospectively studied 97 patients treated 108 neoplasms with in three referral institutes. Twenty‐four were taking , including dabigatran (12), rivaroxaban (11), apixaban (one) 73 warfarin. Results In group, delayed rate was significantly higher than (45% vs 0%, P < 0.05) without relation heparin bridge therapy HBT 78% underwent those (36% 0.05). Delayed increased as intake antithrombotic agents period shorter because achieve maximum quicker, hospitalization 0.05), Multivariate analysis showed that OR 10.7), 6.00) multiple 4.35) independent factors. Conclusions The differs each agent. Dabigatran is a feasible alternative shortening decreasing rate, although risk.
