ABSTRACT
To study the clinic value of ASCA, AMCA, ACCA, ALCA-IgG, pANCA and FC for diagnosis differential IBD.METHODS: Serum faecal samples were obtained from 42 patients with CD, 27 UC, 17 normal controls.ASCA, AMCA-IgG, ACCA-IgA, pANCA, ESR, CRP detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. RESULTS:Individual detection: Positive rates ASCA-IgG in UC group 23.8%, 3.7%, 5.9%, there is significant difference between CD groups(=4.958,P < 0.05).Positive AMCA-IgG three groups 61.9%, 0%, other two groups. No statistically ASCA-IgA, ALCA-IgG groups.Positive 4.8%, 37%, (=11.916,P FC, ESR IBD 58%, 26.1% 33.3%.Positive rate clearly higher than groups, significant.Joint joint detection (ASCA-IgG, one positive group) negative groups) both highly sensitivity (57.1% 54.8%).ASCA, had highest specificity group. In more project, greater CD.CONCLUSIONS: ASCA-IgG, can be used as specific biomarkers CD. UC.The correlation activity better that CRP.
