Data demographic characteristics, Hurley stage comorbidities were collected from patient charts evaluated retrospectively. Treatment response measured HS index (HISCR). Mean body mass 27.8±4.88. Inflammatory present 23%. Among first-line drugs systemic doxycycline resulted 60% HISCR followed by rifampicin-clindamycin combination (46.4%). Isotretinoin had lowest (30.7%) this group. For second-line therapies, all acitretin treated achieved tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) inhibitors highest HISCR. Currently recommended therapies have moderate Acitretin appears be reasonable alternative for highly effective TNF-α severe resistant Overall, results support excessive play an important role pathogenesis
