ABSTRACT
Background Evidence‐based approaches and early intervention have improved the long‐term prognosis of individuals with schizophrenia. However, little is known about therapeutic processes involved in individual therapy first‐episode psychosis. A comprehensive psychosocial/psychiatric programme for this population, NAVIGATE, includes an component, resiliency training (IRT). Fidelity clinicians’ adherence to IRT protocol has been collected ensure proper implementation manual‐based intervention. These data can provide insight into elements process Materials Methods To achieve goal, we first examined factor structure fidelity scale exploratory analysis. Second, explored relationships among ratings clinician years experience education, as well client's baseline symptom severity duration untreated Results Conclusions supported a 2‐factor scale. Correlations between education were statistically significant.
