Abstract Based on existing Talent Management (TM) literature, this conceptual paper presents an integrated TM framework with principles for decision‐making and potential research avenues future studies. This aims to address the tensions biases related inclusive exclusive approaches offers a new approach guide practice in processes beyond extant ‘either/or’ partially approaches.
