ABSTRACT
It has been shown that aerobic exercise improves atopic dermatitis (AD), although the mechanism is not clear. Here, we propose a hypothesis moderate-intensity AD in mouse model through modulating allergic inflammation. The DNCB-treated for eczema was divided into 3 groups: (a) subjected to exercise, (b) continuous and (c) accumulated exercise. After given using treadmill device either 30 min/d or 10 min × 3/day at speed of 16 m/min, 9 days, respectively, symptom score, thickness epidermis/dermis eosinophil infiltration were decreased 2 groups compared sedentary living group. serum levels IgE, MCP-1 MDC showed significant decrease both groups. Moderate-intensity ameliorates symptoms immune modulation eczema.
