ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT Components in aero‐engine are likely excited multiple resonance models dynamic loads. This paper proposes an accelerated fatigue testing method that combines the vibration test with ultrasonic loading to develop a feasible experimental system for combined cycle (CCF) and explore CCF characteristics high (HCF) associated very (VHCF) conditions. A thin plate specimen of 7075‐T6 aluminum alloy two natural frequencies 2 20 kHz is designed experiment. The stress waveform distribution during real‐time monitoring provide validation method. Finally, influences composite loads demonstrated by exploring S – N curves fracture morphology. results suggest increase both axial bending markedly diminishes life, while difference levels under revealed through variations striation
