ABSTRACT
Background According to the I nternational C lassification of H eadache D isorders diagnostic criteria, differences between migraine and cluster headache ( CH ) are clear. In addition attack duration pain characteristics, symptoms accompanying represent key features in a differential diagnosis these 2 primary disorders. Just few studies patients with exist examining presence nausea, vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia, aura, commonly headache. The aim this study was determine migraine‐like MF establish significance phenomena related other clinical response treatment. Methods One hundred fifty‐five were studied, 24.5% them experienced at least one during every attack. Nausea vomiting most frequently reported . presentation without not significantly different exception aggravation by effort (20.6% vs 4.1%) facial sweating (13.2% 0.85%), both more frequent Conclusion Inferred from results our study, had no important influence on treatment patients. major disorders, duration, lateralization, nature associated symptoms, as delineated isorders, still useful tools for effective diagnosis.
