ABSTRACT
Abstract Aim To compare white P ro R oot MTA ( WMTA ), E ndo S equence BC sealer sealer) and B iodentine with regard to their ability produce apatites cause Ca Si incorporation in adjacent human root canal dentine after immersion phosphate‐buffered saline PBS ). Methodology Root sections of single‐rooted teeth were filled one the materials immersed for 1, 7, 30 or 90 days n = 5 each). Morphology elemental composition surface precipitates interfacial analysed using a wavelength‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy electron probe microanalyser image observation function. ‐ ‐incorporation depths measured. In addition, amount ions released from test was measured by EDTA titration. Results All produced acicular lath‐like morphology / ratio 1.6 : 2.0. Within dentinal tubules, three formed tag‐like structures that frequently composed ‐rich ‐poor materials, suggesting intratubular precipitation. order > sealer, significant difference between others at several time‐points < 0.05, anova Tukey's honestly test). The concentration differences 0.05). Conclusions Compared , showed less ion release did not show as deeply when up days.
