ABSTRACT
Abstract Present investigation deals with the study of electrochemical properties Bi 2 Te 3 /GO composite for its use as anode material in Li‐ion batteries. The has been synthesized via polyol route. surface morphology and structural as‐prepared samples have studied by X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission Raman spectroscopy techniques. phase as‐synthesized was found out to be rhombohedral characterized diffractometer. presence GO matrix confirmed characteristic D G bands spectra. showed first cycle discharge/charge capacity 752/514 mAh g −1 at current density 0.1 Ag , superior rate capability (~50 ), excellent cycling stability over 500 cycles . helps enhance electronic conductivity due rapid diffusion shield changes volume during processes.
