ABSTRACT
Early loss of primary teeth due to caries can cause temporary or permanent problems, such as occlusion disorders, aesthetic nutritional abnormal habits, and speech disorders. Although the development restorative materials has led significant improvements, failures are still frequent. The purpose this study was evaluate success rates zirconia crowns compared other for restoration endodontically treated with excessive material.A total 45 patients aged under 10 years, including molars anterior teeth, requiring after root canal treatment, were included in randomized, non-blinded clinical study. Stainless steel (SSC), (ZC), strip (SC) used clinically radiographically during a six-month follow-up period. Parents asked fill out questionnaire at one week six months parent child satisfaction levels. patients' pain discomfort levels assessed using visual analogue scale. Mann-Whitney U, Chi-Squared Friedman Cochran Q tests statistical comparisons IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 (IBM, Armonk, NY, USA).The evaluations revealed no differences outcomes between SSC, ZC, SC groups. There groups respect satisfaction.The ZCs comparable those crowns. could be choice purposes, disadvantage higher cost.
