ABSTRACT
Abstract While Internet credit services are proliferating fast, they bring serious debt problems, especially to young adults, and further result in negative psychological social issues. The present study aims investigate the influential factors underlying usage of among adults. Particularly, a dual‐process model is proposed by integrating both reflective impulsive decision‐making process. process modelled based on theory planned behaviour, manifested examining antecedents impulse use services, including immediate gratification, materialism, self‐control. A survey was administered adults 992 valid questionnaires were collected. PLS‐SEM methods applied analyse data. It revealed that exerts significant influence adults' plays important role impacting people's lower income group. In addition, gratification materialism found positively affect use, whereas self‐control identified as an inhibitor services. Implications finding discussed at end paper.
