ABSTRACT
This study aims to assess the individual impacts of two components support at workplace, namely, from peers and supervisor, on transfer training in a post‐training environment. Mediation by motivation relationship supervisor peer with has also been examined. Data 149 respondent employees working manufacturing unit owned leading player power transmission business India subject hierarchical regression analysis. Results confirm key role learned skills. However, impact is found be greater than that supervisors. The findings prompt us recommend should involved publicizing experiences benefits.
