Abstract Folliculitis decalvans is a rare and chronic progressive hair disorder leading to scarring alopecia atrophy. Its etiology still unclear. It starts with areas of perifollicular erythema, follicular papules pustules spread peripherally, leaving central scarred patches alopecia.
