ABSTRACT
The cyprinid subfamily Danioninae is one of the most important fish groups due to its inclusion model fish, Danio rerio. Molecular investigations have shown that species traditionally placed in are non-monophyletic, divided into two corresponding and Opsariichthyinae. further three lineages, i.e. chedrins, danionins rasborins. However, morphological characters determining foregoing unknown. To investigate interrelationships among major lineages within Danioninae, a phylogenetic analysis based on 43 from 34 taxa was conducted. Parsimony recovers Opsariichthyinae be distinguished by Y-shaped ligament, absent while present tribes, Danionini Rasborini. Rasborini, including Boraras, Brevibora, Horadandia, Kottelatia, Rasbora, Rasboroides, Rasbosoma, Trigonopoma Trigonostigma, diagnosed presence dark supra-anal pigment subpeduncular streak as well rasborin process epibranchial 4. composed subtribes, Danionina Chedrina, Chela, Danio, Devario, Microdevario Microrasbora, Chedrina comprising Chelaethiops, Esomus, Luciosoma, Megarasbora, Mesobola, Nematabramis, Opsarius, Raiamas Salmophasia. unossified interhyal danionin foramen horizontal limb cleithrum characterized postcleithrum or greatly reduced approximately normal abdominal ribs when present. In Rahmen einer kladistischen Analyse von morphologischen Merkmalen Taxa konnte das Fehlen des Y-förmigen Ligaments als Autapomorphie Taxon identifiziert werden. Die besitzen kein derartiges Ligament. beinhalten zwei monophyletische Gruppen, und Rasborini (Boraras, Trigonopoma, Trigonostigma) einen dunklen supra-analen Pigmentfleck, Subpeduncularstreifen charakteristischen Fortsatz auf dem Epibranchiale bestehen aus monophyletischen (Chela, Microdevario, Microrasbora) (Esomus, Neobola, Raiamas, Salmophasia). Apomorphien der sind ein nicht ossifiziertes Interhyale Vorhandensein eines spezifischen Foramen im horizontalen Ast Cleithrum, während die durch bzw. starke Reduktion Postcleithrum gekennzeichnet sind.
